In 2022, Growth Innovations partnered with INH Properties to bring a new multi-family apartment complex to the City of Aitkin, helping address the community’s need for quality workforce housing. Growth Innovations provided a prime parcel of land for the project, and with the support of tax abatement from both the City and County of Aitkin, construction is now underway. The complex is expected to welcome its first residents in late 2026.

We’re also excited to share that we’re working with the same developer on plans for a 51-unit senior housing complex in Aitkin. This project is in the early stages, but we’re eager to see it take shape and provide another much-needed housing option for our community.
