For all of Aitkin County. We are committed to our region, and serve as both a critical incubator for big dreams and a launchpad for big ideas.
Addressing Aitkin’s Housing Needs
in 2022, we teamed up with INH Properties to tackle the need for workforce housing. Thanks to our donation of a prime land parcel and the incredible support of tax abatement from the City and County of Aitkin, construction is officially moving forward on the new multi-family complex! We’re excited to welcome new residents in late 2026.
Our Incubator Space
What is the Incubator? We offer manufacturing space, specialized training in our classrooms, plus essentials like high-speed internet, three-phase power and forklift access. Space available now!
