Growth Innovations Announces Board Leadership Transition
Growth Innovation’s Executive Director, Tami Jacobs is pleased to announce a transition in leadership of its Board of Directors as long-time Board Chair Pat Murphy concludes his service, and Mark Baloun assumes the role of Board Chair.
Addressing Aitkin’s Housing Needs
in 2022, we teamed up with INH Properties to tackle the need for workforce housing. Thanks to our donation of a prime land parcel and the incredible support of tax abatement from the City and County of Aitkin, construction is officially moving forward on the new multi-family complex! We’re excited to welcome new residents in late 2026.

What is the Incubator? We offer manufacturing space, specialized training in our classrooms, plus essentials like high-speed internet, three-phase power and forklift access. Space available now!
